By accessing or using Utilhub.dev (“Utilhub,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Utilhub provides a collection of free, browser-based developer utilities (collectively, “Tools”). Tools include, but are not limited to, text formatting, encoding/decoding, hashing, diffing, code formatting, and data generation. All processing happens locally in your web browser.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Utilhub for lawful purposes, including personal, educational, and commercial projects. You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or overload the Service beyond normal individual use.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the site.
• Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Utilhub name, logo, site design, and original content are the property of Utilhub and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Tools themselves rely on open-source libraries and well-known algorithms; output generated by the Tools belongs to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utilhub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

7. Your Data

Utilhub Tools process data locally in your browser. We do not access, store, or transmit the content you input. For information about analytics and advertising data, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Content

Utilhub displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or advertiser. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
